6: Grandfather's birth place Heritage Forums - Avellino 1

He has said it was Montecalvo. However, he refered to it as being in Abruzzo. I noticed that in 1881, the year of his birth, Abruzzo was much larger than it is today, apparently having subsequently been divided as it appears today. Since there are no towns named Montecalvo in Abruzzo, I am assuming that Montelcalvo Irpino was the town in which he was born. I notice that there are a few people with the name "Lazazzera" living there. Some may be related to me and my grandfather.
