Posted by piantosca- AT - norfolkcounty  --  NAME: phil iantosca on 02/03/03 at 2:52 PM Subject:   russians in montefalcione hi there my relatives (iantosca) are from montefalcione and i am told they may have come to italy from russia. is anyone aware of any russian or eastern european emigration to avellino in the 1600s or after (or maybe before)? i was also wondering on the origins of italian that start with "ia"....thnaks so much!
