I have cousins who are cardarelli in quincy and my mother, who passed away in march, was a Sacchetti. I don't know any other sacchetti's. My father, Loreto, was from San Donato and both my grandparents came from there. I know my grandfather had sisters and I am almost sure one was named Carmela. Your mother could have been named after a grandmother or aunt. My advice would be to go when they have La Festa di San Donato in Newton/Brighton, not sure which, and talk to the oldest people.
