27: Rea Family Heritage Forums - Frosinone 01

Posted by pazzap- AT - silverstar  --  NAME: Patricia (nee Rea) Zielke on 02/17/03 at 11:56 AM Subject:   Rea Family My Grandfather, Ferdinando Rea, was from Pescosolido, Frosinone and my Grandmother, Pasqua Marrone, was from Sora, Frosinone. He left for the US in 1909 and she came to US in 1929 per Ellis Island records. He was one of 5 brothers including Arduine, Antonio, Vincenzo and Francesco. All settled in Detroit, Michigan area. Her two brothers were Antonio Marrone and Luigi Marrone. The men were farmers in Pescosolido and my Great Grandmother was a seamstress. If you have any info about living relatives in that area of Italy, please return a message as I will soon be in Italy.
