62: CELANI FAMILY FROM FROSINONE Heritage Forums - Frosinone 01

Posted by SIWEASEL25  --  NAME: Keith on 04/13/03 at 1:38 PM Subject:   CELANI FAMILY FROM FROSINONE My great-grandfather Sebastiano Celani, was born in Frosinone on April 9, 1886. His parents were Domenico Celani and Francesca Antonucci married on January 31,1877 in Frosinone. Sebastiano had three older sisters named Eleonora born May 18 1878, Giacinta born January 15 1880, and Antonia born in 1883. Sebastiano had two younger brothers also named Gaetano and Saverio. Sebastiano came to America with his two younger brothers in 1911. His older sister Antonia followed later that year. His other two sisters Eleonora and Giacinta, never came to America, and my family does not have any information on them. We do have a picture of a woman who is said to be Sebastiano's niece who wrote to him in September of 1950, and was signed with the name Turisiani or Turithiani Silveria. The writing was very hard to read, but we are very sure that is what it said. Just hoping to connect with possible family still there or people who might know anything about these ancestors.
