His mother was Annamarie (Meccia) Mastrostefano. He came to the US in about 1913 when he was ten years old.My great-grandfather, Francesco was already here in Cleveland. That is where I am from, but not living there anymore.My mother is Annamarie Rose(Mastrostefano). She has two brothers alive,Frank and Rudy and one deceased who was Joeseph.My cousin says that she remembers him saying that Rome was only an oxcart ride from Campobasso. So they apparently went there often.His sister's name is Florence and he had at least one brother who was refered to as Mafungo(sp?) quite possibly be Corradino, but not sure. A while back......I think they lived in Canada....I conversed with someone who I beleive they said had a Rita Mastrostefano in their family. I have been searching for quite sometime without much luck but, have met a lot of nice people along the way. If any names sound familar let me know! Ciao!
