Primiano is the spelling in Vinchiaturo, Campobasso, Italy. It was not changed when they came to America. I have been studying civil Records from that region and I have never seen it as Primiani. However, I have seen Veditto/Venditti and Spensieri/Spensiero. What was the other maiden name you are searching? Follow Ups:
