Decanio and Cacio Heritage Forums: Province of Matera

Posted by Sam Blair on January 10, 2006 at 20:25:02: Tracing wife's roots back to Cirigliano. Her Grandfather (Domenico Cacio) came over in August 1905 on the ship called Madonna to the USA. He married a Lucia Decanio who we believe is also from Cirigliano. We think Lucia also had a sister who came to the USA also. Info we have is from Ellis Island Manifest and list them from Cirigliano. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
