Bentivenga/Bentivengo family (S. Chirico Raparo, Philadelphi

My grandfather, Giovanni Maria Bentivenga, was born
in S. Chirico Raparo in 1868. He came to US, to Philadelphia, PA at some point, where he had 9 children with my grandmother, Apollonia Caropreso
or Caroprese or...last name unclear. She was from
Craco & came here later. I never met my grandfather
& want to know as much as I can about his history.
On some documents the name is spelled with an "a"
and some with an "O".. .but it was later changed to
BENNETT, and my grandmother was known as Mary Bennett.
I want to know if my grandfather had siblings and if
I still have relatives in Italy. Thank you!
