Posted by Angela Walker on 01/02/04 at 1:56 PM Subject:   family of Guiseppi Pirelli I am looking for any relatives of Guiseppi Pirelli (I am not sure of the correct spelling of this last name). Circa 1954-55, Guiseppi traveled to Migliuso, near Serrestretta and lived with a woman by the name of Teresa Mancuso. A daughter was born to Teresa and Guiseppi on May 20, 1956. Circa 1957-1958 Guiseppi left Migliuso and went to (I was told) Santa Caterina dello Ionio. Circa 1960 Guiseppi decided to marry Teresa and keep the daughter. By this time Teresa had moved to Milan. Guiseppi traveled to Milan to ask Teresa to marry him and keep their daughter. Teresa was married and expecting a child with her new husband and their daughter had been sent to the United States for adoption. Guiseppi returned home. This is all the information I have on Guiseppi Pirelli. His daughter, Josephine (Guiseppina Mancuso) is interested in finding any information on him, such as: does she have any aunts, uncles, cousins that may be able to give her information on what he looked like - maybe show her a picture of what he looked like. At the time she went to the United States she was only 3 years old. If anybody has any information on Guiseppi Pirelli or knows of any relatives please contact me. All Josephine wants is to know what her father looked like, nothing more, and to find some of her Italian relatives.
