Researching Cipriano family. My Grandfather came from Frigento according to the ship manifest at the Ellis Island website:

Gabriel(on the manifest it was spelled Gabriele) Cipriano arrived on the Berlin from Naples on March 21,1911 when he was 16.
The records I have say he was born in Frigento on April 11,1894. His parents names were Paquale "Paty" Cipriano and Carolina DeRita according to my records. He then went on to Waterbury, CT.
He married Furina Dascenza in Waterbury and they had three children Ralph(my father), Joseph and Marie. He died in July of 1977.
