Posted by Rose Ingala on September 14, 2004 at 03:11:47: My grandmother was Rose Masucci Di Maria. The Masucci was changed to Mazuch when the family settled in Kansas City, Missouri. Di Maria was Changed to De Maria. It is the name Masucci that concerns her. I've been told she was born in Volturara Irpina, Avellino, Italy on 2-28-1895. Her father was Roger (Ruggero) Masucci and her mother was Antoinette Ingino. Filomena Ingino was her grandmother. Roger came to the USA before the women. My grandma was said to hve immigrated through Boston when she was 2yo. Ruggero had a brother Giuseppe who lived in Revere Massachusettes. Does anyone know anything about this family? Thanks.
