I am able to read Italian,but my writing Italian would be disastrous. Since you have the same name as my maternal grandmother,except she was "Maria" Filomena Sassone from Biccari,Foggia. Are you related to the "Sassones" from that area? My Grandmother had only sister, but I can,t recall her first name. In regards to you knowing a Santillo from Foggia...it very well could be a cousin from the city of Foggia as there are not too many, that I know of, in that area. It would be very nice to know if you are related to these "Sassones" and shed some light on their family history.
