Posted by sandee on April 14, 2004 at 15:34:05: My gg grandmother was Lucia Franco, born Puglianelo, Italy in 1845. Per her death certificate, her father was Michelangelo Franco, her mother Lusanna Riccio. The name on her death certificate is Mrs. Lucy DiNigris, and she died 18Jan1935 in New Haven, CT USA. She is buried at St Bernard's Cemetery in New Haven CT. Widow of Raffaele DeNigris. Does anyone have any information on the Franco/DeNigris/Riccio family line in Italy they can share? I have quite a bit of information on the USA descendents that I will be more than happy to share with anyone interested.
