My grandfather, Benjamin Manfredo DeAngelis was born in Sassinoro in 1920. His parents were Modestina Massarelli and Americo Ilario DeAngelis. Here is what I know about them: Americo DeAngelis was the son of Benjamin DeAngelis (son on Giovanantonio and Maria Antonia Masstracchio) and Maria Venditti (parents unkown). He had 3 brothers (Giovanni, Reno, and Manfredo) and 3 sisters (Andia, Maria Antonia, and Italia). Modestina Massarelli was the daughter of Luigi Massarelli (son of Michele Massarelli and Christina Appollonia) and Anna Maria Conte (daughter of Antonio Conte and Clementina DiMella). Modestina had a brother (Michael) and 4 sisters (Christina Massarelli Ricciuti, Carmela Massarelli Arcari, Natalia Massarelli Conte, and Clementina Massarelli DeCarolis). I know there were some posts a few years ago about my great, great aunt, Christina Massarelli Ricciuti. Are any of those posters still reading these boards? If so, I'd like to get in touch with you.
