He mother's maiden name was Ferrara and according to family stories told by herself and her mother, the maternal side of the family came from Napoli. I do not know if the Ferrar surname came to us via ancestors in Napoli or not, but would be most interested in hearing from anyone with that surname as either a paternal or maternal ancestor.
