Posted by Paul Corbin on March 17, 2006 at 01:24:27: My great grandfather Erberto Ruggiero was born in Colliano, Salerno, Campana. in 1840. He married Elisabetta Caputo in 1870 in Colliano. They had five children, Michele Arcangelo, Rosa, Pasquale, Carmella, and Gerardo. I am trying to locate anyone that is researching the Caputo surname or might be familiar with this family. I believe Elisabetta had a sister, Mary Caputo that married Sabato Del Grippo in Colliano. If anything sounds familiar, feel free to email me.
