You should look there for his death record unless he emigrated of course. Chances are he was probably buried there too. It is unlikely you will find any kind of grave or tomb unless the family was wealthy. Many poor italians were buried or entombed for 10 years then the remains placed either in a family 'bone vault' (ossario) or in the communal bone vault. Many cemetary records were destroyed during the war. Is there some special reason you need this information? I am a researcher living in Italy!
