Posted by Jean Kalfas on 06/15/03 at 2:28 PM Subject:   Pompa/D'Angelo Searching for my great grandparents Guiseppe Pompa and Agata D'Angelo. Both were born somewhere in the Abruzzi and married there. They immigrated to the United States - Guiseppe in 1891, Agata and children in 1893. They immigrated to America from the town of Bisegna, L'Aquila. where the children were born. However, neither Guiseppe nor Agata were born in Bisegna. In America they lived first in Lawerence, MA and then moved to Haverhill. Guiseppe died 19 Jan 1913 and Agata died June 1, 1922. Any information on this family would be greatly appreciated.
