The 3 families all live in the same street, next to one another, you could write them a letter in Italian. Another possibility might be to write to the parish priest with a request of research and an offer for the church. Santa Maria del Colle (this is the name of the parish) has one of the best parish archives in Southern Italy, with an index where they can trace almost anyone from 1560 to the present.
