Posted by aliza giammatteo on June 01, 2007 at 10:07:24: I'm looking for any information on D'Angelo or De Angelis from Pettorano Sul Gizio. My great grandfather Joseph / Giuseppe, born 1887, and his brother Morris / Maurizio came from to Delaware, US. Morris moved to Canada later on. I believe some others came over to the US too, and I was told that some went back to Italy. They went by the D'Angelo but we were told the name was originally De Angelis. There father's name may have been Pasquale, born about 1850. Please contact me if you think you may be connected so we can compare notes.
