Posted by GG on January 07, 2008 at 10:20:24: I've traced my ancestry back to Giovanni Carifa who wed Mary Pelino. I've been told by other family that Mary is related to relatives of the Confetti Pelino candy company, in Sulmona. I think Mary was born around 1880, which might make her a sister of Mario Pelino. Pelino's web site (www.pelino.it/en/default2.htm) has quite a bit of family history, but no mention of other siblings. Can anybody offer any help? Thanks.
