Loiacono/Lo Iacono family in Roccacinquemiglia

I am trying to track the Loiacono family for the descendants of three
Italian immigrants to the US. Giovanni, Hugo and Marietta left
Roccacinquemiglia between 1905 and 1915 for the Seattle area, leaving
behind siblings Giuseppi, Concetta and Cecilia. Their parents are
Antonio Loiacono and Clothilda Campea. We have lost touch with
relatives who could tell us about ancestors in the area, although there
are still Campeas living in Castel di Sangro. Loiacono seems like a very
uncommon name for that region. Any help appreciated.
