My grandfather Andrea Gentile born 1850) was the son of Serafino Gentile and Benedetta Tedeschini.Immigrated to USA 1900. The family story is he returned to Italy after my grandmother's death in l915, remarried and became mayor of a small town. The Tedeschini family was related to the Cardinal.
