Posted by Edward Southern on March 05, 2006 at 19:48:54: I have information which leads me to believe that my grandfather Vincent Emmanuel Macciocchi may have originated from the village of Sora in Lombardia. Sora is about 35 miles north of Milan. I am told his family were shoemakers. My great grandfather may have been called Vincenzo Emmanuel Macciocchi.
