Posted by Alan Franzi on November 28, 2006 at 04:12:38: I am trying to trace my ancestors: My grandfater, Emilio FRANZI, born 1883, Lovero, Sondorio, Italy married Maria Cecelia MAMBRETTI, born 1888, from same area in late 1800s or early 1900s. My Father Peirto Antonio FRANZI was born Jan. 3rd. 1904 in Vervio, Sondorio the family migrated to Australia in 1915....any information about my ancestors greatly appreciated. IN early 1900s, Maria MAMBRETTI had a friend called Angleina VISINI from Vervio or surrounding area.
