Looking for Ancestors and Family

I am looking for any information on my ancestors and present family living in or near Ripe, Ancona, Italy. My father, Vittorio Silvestrini, emigrated from Italy in 1910. He was one of seven children and I recall him talking about Ripe. Any information would be greatly appreciated.
