Posted by David Cinti on November 28, 2006 at 22:23:21: Hello, My name is David Cinti, I apologize, but I do not speak Italian. I am trying to find my ancestory roots and hoping to get information or help here. I have gathered the following, My grandfather Luigi immigrated to Canada in the early 1900's landing in Hamilton, Ontario. He had 3 sons that survived, Jim, Albert and Joseph(my dad). I am told that Grandpa had family move to the States in Philadelhpia, Pennsylvania. He worked the ship lines on the waterfront settling on James St. I have asked family here in Canada about information but seem to come up empty. I am also told that grandpa took my uncles Jim and Albert back to Ancona when they were young. Jim is in his late 80's and Albert passed away last year in the spring of 2005.
