Posted by Nikki on October 06, 2004 at 15:46:09: Hello! I am hoping someone can help me to find my grandfather or relatives in the Turino area. My grandmother was Carolina Sartoris-born 1921 in Turino. She lived with her family on one of the largest farms in Turino. In January 1940, she had my father Dominic. She never spoke of his father,we never knew the story there, we just know that his last name was supposed to be Giacobino. They lived in the Turino area. My grandmother passed away in 1992. Now not only is my father looking for his father, but I am as well. If anyone can help, please let me know. Thank you in advance!
