His name was Frank Paul Rubino, and he was born April 24, 1896 in Castellaneta, province of Taranto. My grandfather told my mother only that he came to the United States when he was 7 years old (maybe in 1903). She also knew that he had a brother in Italy that he sent money to, but she does not know his name. Is there a place that I can contact to see if I can perhaps find a birth record? I would like to present this information to my mother as a gift.
