Posted by Carlo on April 21, 2005 at 06:11:41: In December, 1976 I was priveledged to spend two weeks at Christmas in Taranto. I spent most of my time with the staff at "Studio Cento" and also worked on the air with the crew. I often wonder what became of this group of very wonderful young people since that time. In all of my travels to Europe, I have never felt so connected to an area as I felt to Pulia during my time there. I have obviously retired from the Navy and flying but have a very warm spot in my heart for those people in Taranto who made me feel so at home.
