Tossicia, DiPietro and Franchi

I have the passports for my grandparents, indicating they were from Tossicia. I found several entries in the white pages for these surnames in the city. Any suggestions on the next step I could take on my trip there in October 2008?
Grandparents: Filippo DiPietro and Maria Panetta;
Vinvenzo Franchi and Anna Manimi
