The surname Mistura is spread in Italy. There are Mistura in Poland, EUA, Brazil and Italy. I found something about a coin named Pecciolo di Mistura. But I don´t know if the name cames from the coin. You told me the surname is not listed in the Italian Dictionary Surnames. I ask you: why this surname appears in all Italy???
