My grandfather, Nicola DICRESCENZO was born in Gessopalena. My grandmother, Clorinda DITIERI was born in Gissi. When I was a little girl, my grandmother used to make a cake called Zuppa Ingles. It was made with fruit and cream. Does anyone have a recipes for this cake?
