Castel di Mare--does it exist?

My cousin recalled that our grandfather came from a place called Castel di Mare near Pescara. However, when I tried to find it at the Italian postal code page, it does not exist.
Does anyone know about Castel di Mare? Is it now a frazione of some other commune? Thanks in advance!
