My grandmother was born around Calascio, Abbruzzi,surname Antonacci (like Smith in that area!). Her recipe calls for walnuts; I'm sure it was difficult to get ceci nuts in central Illinois in the early 1990s. If you want to have it, I'll be glad to email it to you.
