Subject: Re: Polenta In reply to Cathy Umberto and eating polenta. My grandmother,who came to America from the Abruzzo region, served her polenta in a bowl with marinara sauce with pieces of pepperoni and garlic in the sauce. We still eat it that way. Great hearing how others eat polenta.
