That's too funny! My mother didn't make Polenta, but her mother did. I just started eating it in the past year or so. I'm lazy..I get it from the produce department..all nice and wrapped. I cut it in slices and fry it. Then I top it with pieces of ham and fontina cheese. Soooooo good!

It was fun going to my aunt's house and seeing all the homemade spaghetti drying all over the place. I sometimes do that as well.
