Subject: Santaga Dei Cata????

Would anyone know if Santaga Dei Cata is a village in Abruzzi? I found this name on a relative's social security form as the place of his birth. I know that his wife was from Caramanico and that is where they were married. Could he have mispelled the name of his village because of his lack of education.
