My name is Amanda Eich- Greatgrandaughter of Frank and Alma Pinciotti of Toledo, Ohio (Grandaughter of Theresa (Pinciotti) Calmes/ Daughter of Suzanne (Calmes) Eich). I just wanted to mention that my boyfriend and I recently made the trek to Castel Castagna last year. It wasn't easy, we don't speak Italian and the farther you get from Rome, the less you find people who speak English. I wasn't sure what I was looking for. In any case, it was a very small rural town- it took us about 20 minutes to walk around the whole area. One street leads to it- and one street leads out. I have pictures from my journeys if anyone is interested. I can email them to you if you like. It is a small and under-populated area, but beautiful and humble.
