There is only one Di Fiore in Casoli today, and no Santurbano, so it is possible there was only the family of Domenico and Rosaria, who may have moved from a nearby place to Casoli, some time in the late 1800. Neither surname seems native of Casoli, unless di Fiore was changed from Di Florio. This is confirmed also in the Ellis arrivals, if you search for "di Fiore" and then among the results select "name of town" you will see no one from Casoli.
