Relatives off Fam. De Palma

I'm Dario De Palma, I'm 21 years old. And I wonder if I have left any family in Italy or in the province of Chieti. I'm from Belgium and my grandmother's name was Maria De Palma. She lived in Belgium also. Please let me know something if you know something about my family in Italy.
