I am also seeking relatives in or about Castelfrento,Chieti. I have stumbled on a family in Pennsylvania who may have a living relative named Concetta DiNardo (100 years old). I will be making contact. However, I have no way of knowing if they are interested. I will keep you advised if I find out anything.
