Searching for Giampaolo family in Montebello sul Sangro

At last...I am going to live my father Angelo Antonio Giampaolo's greatest dream. On March 16, 2006,I will arrive in Italy, to see the place he was born and view Italy through his eyes. I am so anxious to arrive at the city of Montebello sul Sangro. I am searching for the families of my fathers brother Charles Giampaolo,and families of my cousins, D'Angelo,DiLullo, Salvatore and Cesarone. I would be very greatful if anyone could give me any information on how to obtain an Italian white pages in English.
I have been trying for 5 years to reach any family in Montebello.
