Is the surname Paolucci or Rossi or Paolucci Rossi? The 1930 census in Hammond IN gives Paolucci as surname and Rosi as name. Age supplied is 44 for Paolucci Rosi (born therefore 1885-86) and 36 for Amelia. Age at wedding is 35 and 27 respectively. This must be your grandfather since all the other names correspond: Jean and Harry 6, Clara 5, Arnold and Amy 4, Italo 2, Nancy some months. Immigration is 1906 for him, and 1920 for Amelia.
On Ellis Island you can try an advanced research, writing just Paolucci and then Rapino in the name of the place and you'll get the following:
1. Adele Paolucci 1898 27
2. Coveado Paolucci 1903 21
3. Enrichetta Paolucci 1903 16
4. Eugenia Paolucci 1903 29
5. Guiseppe Paolucci 1903 15
6. Lucia Paolucci 1905 25
7. Luigi Paolucci 1898 29
For each immigrant the original manifest can give more information clicking on the name. This research could be tried with alternative spellings.
Another possible research is writing Paolucci and 1906 (given as year of immigration in 1930) or trying the surname of Amelia (your spelling does not look correct).
Anyway, the original birth act for Domenico (Rosi)Paolucci can be obtained from the archive of Chieti, or the LDS microfilms, or with more detailed information, to the Comune of Rapino.
