Today the phone directory for Castiglione gives 4 families with the Di Stefano surname. In the census of 1742 there is only one Di Stefano man, that was most probably the common ancestor of all. So it means that back in time, some generations, you must be related to them. You could write to the Di Stefano families if possible giving the name of Antonio's parents.
