Check a previous immigration on the Ellis Island website of a Nicola Bucciarelli, 22 years old in 1921, who is directed to Scranton, not yet married, and leaves in Italy his father Carmine in Casalbordino. He is directed to brother in law mascioli carmine, and is 5 ft 7 inches tall.
If this corresponds, you have name of his father and the husband of a sister.
If the information leads to your grandfather, you might write to the Bucciarelli families asking if they are descended from a Carmine, though if he had only daughters apart from Nicholas this might not lead to relatives. However the people who receive the letter may know someone who knows... Casalbordino is not so big a place. Another possibility is to write to the comune of casalbordino, they have good records and may help you.
