Looking for family in Vasto Italy

Hello,My name is Ralph Monteferrante,,I was hoping someone could help me,,My grandfather Raffaele Monteferrante(born 1902)last known residence was Vasto Italy,,left Italy to come to America,,my grandfather was 13yrs.old when he and his sister Anna Monteferrante(16yrs.old)left from the port of Naples,,they arrived at Ellis Island March 24th 1915,,He was a great man and i would appreciate if anyone could help me find any family we might still have in Italy,,Thank You
