Searching for Nicola Ragnone/Chieti

I'm looking for my grandfather's birthplace.
His name is Nicola Ragnone and he was born in Italy in 1882. I'm pretty sure the commune where he was born is Pizzoferrato.He migrated to Philadelphia in 1907 with his wife Filomena. They settled in Portland, Oregon and together they had five children born in Portland: Dominec Ragnone, Joseph Ragnone, Edward Ragnone, Pat(Pete) Ragnone, and Beatrice Ragnone. I would like to visit Pizzoferrato but would like more information and confirmation as to the commune where he was born.
