My name is Rita and I just found this site & message board. It was pretty exciting to read my maiden name on your message board (Piccirilli). My mother was also born in Colledimacine, Chieti. Her name is Maria DiStefano. My grandfather's name is Emidio Fiore DiStefano. My father was also born in Colledimacine. His name is Ettore Piccirilli. His father's name was Ernesto Piccirilli. My great grandfather's name was Antonio DiStefano. My other great grandfather's name was Camillo Piccirilli. My mother's great aunt was named Santa Schina. Her mother, was Maria DiStefano, which was half sister to my great grandfather Antonio Distefano. On the Salvati side, I believe I have no relations. We are also related to Falcone.

I have family in Italy as well as Australia. I am from Canada. Where are you from?
